MAKE – UP FOR SENSITIVE EYES

 

The contour of the eyes betrays  the easiest the first fatigue and aging. Than it’s best that you take care of the eyes, to avoid problems. In contact lens use counts the same rules as for people with sensitive eyes : 
   

 1) CREAMS INSTEAD OF POWDERS.   Thus be better to prevent allergies and infections. Powders are in contact lenses also very irritating, because the slightest speck of dust under a lens can cause very quickly a painful wound and that because of the additional pressure of the contact lens. Moreover, the fabrics microbes entail. Powders are otherwise very elegant in the make-up because they are very striking. A good cream is also elegant ( requirement: the creams should not accumulate in the folds and no crusts in dry form.)

 

2) NATURAL PRODUCTS should be used, both in the basic substances as in the dyes. These are better tolerated than synthetic products.
 

3) THE SIZE OF THE WATER INSOLUBLE COLORED PARTICLES IS BEST AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE
("Micronised creams") The skin tolerance improves than, but so can the dose of pigment be reduced. Indeed, how better a pigment disolved, the better you can make-up with minimal pigment ( almost comparable with powders) and this minimum you should pursue because pigment with soft contact lenses are better to avoid ( the color lenses).

4) BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION must be avoid more than with other make-up. The manufacturing processes must therefor be stricter than normal. The eye hygiene must be driven strictly because of the same reason by contact lens users and by people with sensitive eyes.

 

5) THE PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RESISTANT TO TEARS ( especially mascara) without really be waterproof. This is definitely not appropriate for all eyelash products. Still apply mascara on the following additional rules: there must be no fibers  present to make the lashes look longer ( after all sources of contamination and disturbing fabrics). Waxy matters are best avoided, because it clogs the pores at the base of the eyelashes. This gives indeed regulated swelling of the eyelids as a result.

 

 

PS: your dermatologist can do tests for contact allergy. Try for yourself to determine what products are all suspect ( ??????) you can always take the conscious products to the dermatologist, so he can see the composition ! on this way he can already get a first decision of the suspect products.

 

 

ALTERNATIVE:

There is also permanent make-up ( a kind of aesthetic tattoo), who can be done in the center, by an experienced beautician. Also lips and eyebrows can be updated on the same way! If needed, we will inform you!
